We’re a not-for-profit, private foundation that’s dedicated to the well-being of children, primarily in the city of Rochester, NY, and the surrounding area.
Who we can help
The Foundation offers support in these expressed areas of interest to qualified non-profit organizations that are exempt from federal income taxes under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, and are not private foundations.
We believe that by providing access to essential programs, children and families will be able to look forward to brighter days and a promising future. Our focus remains on fostering a community where hope, growth, and well-being are within the reach of everyone.
How we can help
The Foundation selectively funds programs that support the health and well-being of children and youth. We provide grants to programs and agencies that support and encourage:
- Education, social, and emotional development for children
- Crisis intervention and mental health services
- Literacy advancement
- The arts
- Technology initiatives
- We also provide limited support to organizations that advocate on behalf of children at the local, state, and federal levels.
